1. Write two paragraphs explaining someone’s experience as they “travel” through the circular flow diagram. 1st paragraph: someone moving through the flow in one direction. 2nd paragraph: moving through the flow in the other direction.
2. List two or three items you think are missing from the circular flow diagram as a model representing how the economy works. Are there other groups involved in economic decision-making besides the households and the firms?
